NEVER work for them or take their services. If you work for them, just understand one thing that you will get paid half salary as they will deduct your money by one or the other excuse, they neither give you lunch break or any benefits, allowances or perks. If you want to eat then you will have to work extra. They don't respect you at all, they hire for when they have clients because they outsource their work to you and when the client work is done then they will say you goodbye as they don't have any work for you anymore. They don't keep you as a freelancer because they want to hire you for cheap and pay you even half of that. Salary will never be processed on time and it can get delayed by months. Whatever is written in your contract just forget it because they don't fulfill it. So if you don't want to be a servant instead of an employee then never ever join them.If you are considering them for services, never ever go for their services, as they will ask for your requirement and start looking for a fresher for cheap and then they will hire him/her. You will never be satisfied with your work as the employees are fresher with no experience. They make fake resumes putting 5+ years experience on the fresher's profile. You will never get your project done on time, they will charge you for hours and they will find one or the other way to keep on delaying your work to charge you more and more.
