We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from this company. As a small, family-owned business, investing $5,000 in a website was a huge step for us, and unfortunately, it has turned into a frustrating and costly mistake.After countless meetings to explain what we needed, they consistently failed to deliver. Each time they asked us to “approve” changes, the work was either incorrect or barely addressed the issues we highlighted. The most critical function we needed for our business to run properly was never completed, leaving us with a half-finished website and no way to operate effectively.To make matters worse, they pressured us to pay the second installment of the bill, even though the contract clearly stated payment was due after the site was completed. We trusted them, but they took our money and failed to fulfill their obligations.This experience has not only cost us $5,000 but has also left us scrambling to figure things out on our own while losing additional revenue. We cannot recommend their services to anyone, especially small businesses who value their hard-earned money and time.Response to owner: I appreciate the response but would like to hear which part isn’t true. We literally had to pay another designer to make an illustration on canva of what we wanted our homepage to look like and submit it to your team so they could replicate it. This was after have multiple one on one meetings and even providing an already existing website from another company so you guys could reference it to create ours (which you guys asked for during our first meeting.)No one helped us or explained how to transfer our customers from our old billing system to the new one. And the monthly option was priced wrong which is still affecting us now. We’ve had to get rid of that option completely. You guys have our contact information, if you would like to reach out to us we’d be more than happy to receive the finished website we already paid for. And I would like to give a shout out to Pamela for being the only person who would advocate for us during this process. "

Found on the web/hired this place to create our web presence. After 2 painful months, we moved our project to someone who started from scratch, because these young boys running this place are children in every sense of the word. Not professional, not even adequate. They yelled at our CEO and argued with everything.Kody's know-it-all condescending attitude. If he were my kid, I'd ground him for 6 months and make him eat his vegetables. This was excruciatingly painful and expensive.We are in a better place now because we started over with someone else who we made sure to meet in person. Everything we did with Iconic Web has been lost money and time. It was not usable. Thankfully we found a REAL design firm. Iconic Web is not a serious business. It feels like a group of kids practicing free enterprise system with their computers in between video games. "
