Warning!!!I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!Our assessment indicates a potential misalignment between their operational practices and the delivery of contracted services, with a perceived emphasis on financial objectives.We dispute the billing for services not rendered, especially given the upfront payment structure. Following a 13-day notice of service termination, we were billed at a "discounted rate" three months in advance for social media management and reporting. Becareful of signing their 6 months contact with a "3 months" notice. You will get billed over 18 000 ( that being "discounted") for giving an early notice because of financial constraints.The reporting of a default to the credit bureau and subsequent collection actions initiated by their legal counsel raise significant concerns of how far they really will go for to exploit businesses.We advise caution regarding the potential for this entity to exploit small businesses.Summary: Money hungry!!This is not by any means public- defamation.This is the truth of my experience of Ideation.Prior to the commencement of services, all payments to the Ideation were fully received.Following the notification of service termination, which their response was "we do not accept your termination notice" and anninvoice was issued for three next 3 months of management fees pertaining to my digital platforms ( no work was done). Which I will not pay.As per the instructions provided in the received communication, the Google review will not be retracted. Stay away from this company.The worst company i have ever dealt with. Money hungry ,sheer desperation.We gave them clear instructions to what was required from the beginning .Nothing was to be published without our approval. No unfinished work to be published either. Noting was adhered to. They went ahead with an incomplete website and Social media marketing unrelated to out business without approval.We have spent R97000.00 and to this date not seen anything for it.I have given them the option to pay half back but the declined it.He needed to get any sort of Website up so he could start the billing process.Digusting how they could have fooled me into believing that they were doing amazing work,.All i can stay i hope you can live with you conscience. "
