Itomic

My experience with Itomic was less than ideal... they presented initially as a polished website development company, and related interactions were amazing! Unfortunately it all went downhill from there... I found the website development process to be really sloppy... lack of attention to detail and I was forced to do my own QA of their work (some of the work I was provided was described to me as 'a bit raw', however I'd describe this as amateurish). This is what you get when they outsource their Development Work to external parties with sufficient and adequate process controls. Communication was also quite sloppy at stages of the Development Process with no contact for weeks... and then all of a sudden you contact them to confirm the status of things and then receive a barrage of feedback requests... definitely lacking some customer focus there! And when you raise these issues with Senior Management, you only receive a beligerent response back. The worst aspect of this is that I can see they do have talented website developers at their disposal... the process is just not well managed. I had to spend more money with another Developer to get the site working as intended after parting ways with Itomic... a very dissappointing experience overall! "

Itomic undertook a major website upgrade for us. This work was quite complex due to the other software our website interacts with. But Itomic quickly became familiar with our set-up and not only showed us how to take advantage of the new capability of the upgraded software but provided advice and guidance to help us improve our website design.
