This morning I was park by the supermarket near a sign that said no Standing Monday thru Friday except Sunday awaiting my friend who is handicap and was also in the supermarket Fire truck pull up with several Firefighters surrounding my car and said you can't park here by hydrant which my car was at the beginning of the street because they were going in the supermarket to food shop and also threatened to give me a ticket if I didn't move they were unprofessional. "

This was an actual Fire in a building located on Madison Street, in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The Fire Department of the City of New York is on call, seven days a week-twenty four hours a day.
