I paid them $5,000. they did do a good job on my linked in page, however, I got one lead from them that was trying to sell me a annual subscription and then was invoices another $6,000.00 NOT GOOD Business practice. "Tim Diego's Review Sourced from Google
I signed up for their free trial to the emphatic.co app. I could immediately see it wasn't for me. I've made 5 attempts to cancel this account and prevent my credit card from being charged for a service I don't want. They offer no avenue to cancel the free trial. "Lance Spracklen's Review Sourced from Google
I signed up for the Connect365 Webinar to be held on July 15, 2020. I created the account on July 14, 2020 as instructed and reluctantly provided credit card information. The day of the webinar, I was not able to sign in and could not contact someone in support (contrary to an assertion that someone would be available). I tried multiple times, but was unsuccessful. If they were unable to provide working links and tech support for a webinar, I did not have any faith they would be able to provide support during the 14-day free trial. On July 16, 2020, I e-mailed the company to cancel my free trial and to not charge my credit card. The e-mail was acknowledged. On July 28, 2020, Connect365 charged my credit card anyway. I have received a second confirmation and acknowledgement that I do not want to subscribe to the service, but it is going to take 3-5 business days to process the refund. Buyer Beware! I do not recommend doing business with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. "Todd Marckx's Review Sourced from Google
Churn and burn is their way of doing business. I purchased their ‘system’ and received nothing. Literally. The onboarding call never happened. After severely attempts to reach anyone, one of the founders assured me he’d take care of me personally. Then he ghosted. Requests for a refund went unanswered. Look at the way they market - it’s obvious they’re method is pure volume and no value. "Michael Davern's Review Sourced from Google
They are great marketers, so good, that they created more business than they can handle. I paid this $1,200 to set up my system. They were not able to deliver in a timely manner, so I asked for a refund, which they agreed to. They asked me to give them one more chance before I cancelled, I did AND they still did not perform. I asked for my refund and they refused. If you choose to use them, fine, just do not pay for a year in advance. So, when you are disappointed, you will not be out hard-earned money. There connect 365 system is not the best in the market. One example, they cannot control how quickly your emails go out and you may be considered a spammer. Unlike Woodpecker, which sends out your cold emails every couple of minutes as you choose. "Mordechai Buchine's Review Sourced from Google
