I was initially going to contract with these folks to have them do side work for me... lost a $20k deal because they couldn't deliver... They were also meant to be doing my wife's site at the same time, 18 months later the site is still not fully finished, and got hacked... I attempted to get their help to get it fixed and they basically left me to try and fix it myself...! Have you ever had to recover a site from a hack??
