I can't express how amazing Alex is from first contacting him he was fast at replying and picking up the computer to take away to repair. To then keep updated on what is wrong even when somethibg went wrong during the repair and what was needed to complete the repair he also gave a time frame of 5 days to complete as had to order parts in and he delivered exactly on the 5th day.He is also super kind and very professional with the job (even tidied up the inside for me). I can safely say hands down if I have any problems in the future he will be the one I contact.He is also very reasonable and understanding with the price for the job compared to the bigger places. "

Amazing service from Alex. I got in touch due to an issue with my PC which is used for my business as a garden designer. Alex came out to assess the issues I was having and suggested an upgrade (due to the software updates requiring more than my current PC could handle), he came back to me within 12 hours with a proposal and costings and had the unit custom built, delivered, set up and tested within a couple of days.Absolutely outstanding service and at a reasonable cost. My work Laptop packed in and I tried to get it into a shop over the bank holiday weekend. I found Alex and within a few hours he diagnosed the problem.
