Difficult to understand how a business does not communicate with its clients.Without discussing an issue, its implications are a feeling of disbelief.An unfinished consultation and then seeking a debt management team to gain payment without any notice or intention from an invoice date in 2018As a gesture of goodwill I expect much more than an underhand we to make financial gain.Complete the consultation process correctlyLeaves a really bitter taste.I'm sure it can be resolved amicably with good communication and not a devious approach after 3 years !!!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔Sadly the Owner responds without contacting the owner directly an after many requests through CW Harwoods Puur has not contacted the owner in THREE YEARS!requests for the "dozens of emails" & any letters of correspondence have been requested from Michael as the last email was .. that I have on my emails is 2015Even though I believe it WAS IN 2018 WE LAST COMMUNICATEDNo letter to myselfNo letter to my addressNo recorded delivery to my addressNothing received in 3 years😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱Please as requested send ALL the emails to myself & a COPY of all the letters to me via recorded deliveryI welcome your response and will respond directly to this issue, MichaelThis is not the way to conduct the issue in public "
