An external AI consultant contacted my customer service team without permission, leading to unnecessary discussions about AI that caused significant unrest. Furthermore, the contact number they had was my personal number, not the designated customer service number, which led to the breach of confidentiality.This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I expect all of my details to be removed from their internal systems immediately. This experience has been frustrating and troubling, and I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. "
