Speed of Light Digital

Speed of Light Digital was born following a chance meeting between two old friends.

One friend coming from big business consulting and needing an agency on the books to help rebrand a business but continually being disappointed by all the bluster of creative language. Many agencies promised the world, but couldn't provide those statistics, those figures to prove what they were doing worked.

The other friend coming from a life of agency work who kept thinking "why can't we offer more", but continually being frustrated by managers giving promises they couldn't keep.

This meeting, and frank, honest discussion between two friends made us both realise the agency world could do better providing a good service to customers who didn't have unlimited budgets. To companies that needed to know what they were spending on, why they were spending it and how it was going to help them reach their business' goals.

Speed of Light was born that day - named after the speed at which people scrolled through their social media. Within the year we were winning clients from the 'big agencies', we were tiny, going up against the biggest simply due to word of mouth.
