I engaged Stub Group when my business was suspended from Google. I am happy I did. They did eventually get me back on Google, but it did take approximately a month. They did mention this at the start so I fully expected that it wouldn’t happen overnight, but if you’re looking to engage them please manage your timing expectations. Their fee is a very expensive outlay for a small business who is hindered in their marketing capability by not being on Google, and especially as once converted to Australian dollars, it equated to over $5k. So just be aware that you’ll need to factor in their fee with your local currency. With the time difference between Australia and the US it did make it slower to get a response/work on things as efficiently as I would have liked to, but that’s just a matter of logistics, not either of our faults, and I’m just painting a picture of what it’s like for someone who is on the other side of the world to work with them. Overall, they did a great job and Joaquin was really good to work with. I am SO relieved to be back on Google now and I have Stub group to thank. But I definitely think as a business you have to manage your expectations around timing, cost and the time difference if you’re not in the US. If you’re patient, they will almost certainly be able to help. It took me about 6 months to engage them because their fee was such a hard pill to swallow, but my advice is if you’re hesitating, don’t. You won’t regret it. Get yourself back on Google and set your business up for success. "
