B2B marketplace DesignRush conducted new research that reveals the best times to engage with decision-makers based in the U.S.Â
The company based its study on its website's user activity between April 2022 to March 2023 and was conducted to figure out the peak hours of select U.S. states.Â
The study reveals that Pennsylvania was most active between the hours of 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. but showed significantly higher user engagement between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. Â
For users in the city of Pittsburgh, website activity peaked between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., indicating that decision-makers from that city would be most receptive to engagement during the afternoon. Â
When it comes to Philadelphia, users were most active during 3 p.m. but managed to sustain user activity between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Â
Lastly, Lancaster peaked early in the morning, clocking in the most website activity at around 9 a.m. However, the city also showed a significant increase in active users between the hours of 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. compared to other cities, despite the drastic highs and lows.
DesignRush’s research was conducted on a sample size of 340,000 website visitors, narrowed down to visitors residing in or visiting the website from the U.S.  Â
