Shoe giant Nike has announced a series of senior leadership changes, strengthening its consumer-led growth and marketplace advantage.
Heidi O'Neill, a 24-year Nike veteran, will now oversee the global product engine and integrate brand marketing storytelling to foster stronger connections and engagement with the brand.
O'Neill will also have oversight of Global Brand Marketing and Global Sports Marketing.
Meanwhile, Craig Williams, who joined Nike in 2019, will now lead Nike's four geographies and marketplace, including the Direct and Wholesale businesses and the Supply Chain and Logistics.
The leadership changes reflect Nik's core strengths in its brand momentum, innovation pipeline, and successful strategy while acknowledging the immense potential that lies ahead and delivering exceptional products to athletes and customers.
Other notable changes include Sarah Mensah becoming President of Jordan Brand, Scott Uzzell assuming the role of Vice President/GM of North America, and Andy Campion taking on a new position as Managing Director of Strategic Business Ventures.
Michael Spillane, President of Consumer Creation, will retire from Nike later in 2023 after 16 years of service.
