BexCode

Bexcode is a US-facing managed business support company built for founders and teams who'd rather grow their business than run it. We're not a staffing marketplace, and we're not a place to "hire a VA" and hope for the best. We're a consultative partner that steps in, learns how your business actually operates, and builds the support system around it spanning virtual assistance, accounting and bookkeeping, HR support, marketing, and web development.

Most of our clients come to us at a turning point: too much growth for the current team to absorb, too many moving parts for one person to own, or too much time going into tasks that don't need a founder's attention. Instead of handing over a resume and wishing you luck, we start with a discovery call, audit how your business runs today, and scope a plan built around your goals then bring in the right combination of skills to execute it.

We work closely with healthcare practices, medspas and wellness brands, B2B and B2C companies, SaaS and startups, and small-to-midsize businesses that need more than a single freelancer can offer. Whether it's untangling your books, building HR processes that scale, running marketing that actually moves the needle, or shipping a website that converts, our team treats your business like it's ours to grow because that's the job.

If you're looking for a service marketplace, we're probably not the right fit. If you're looking for a partner who shows up, asks the right questions, and takes ownership of outcomes, let's talk.
