Corporate AV, celebrating its 37th year, is a specialist in creative and technical services for Live, Virtual, and Hybrid events. We are experts in Corporate Meetings, Nonprofit Fundraisers, and Healthcare events. We can transform any space, as well as provide scalable solutions to fit a wide degree of budgets and needs.

We have a partner mentality, and we’re in it for the long term. Our goal is simple: to be your trusted event partner. We know your name, preferences, and expectations, and we always answer the phone - no voicemail carousel - to get you what you need, when you need it.

Our team consists of multi-disciplined and highly skilled engineers and creatives, who work well in high-level corporate environments. We are the ONLY company in the region that actively invests in its full time, part time, and freelance staff. They, along with our warehouse of state of the art technical inventory and owned trucks & vans, are constantly raising the standards for excellence and reliability for event service providers.

As a regional-best provider of virtual event services, our team of virtual event producers can help you plan, shoot, and edit your event content in a timely manner. And since our team also handles the storyboarding, creative development, and livestreaming execution, there's no stress in managing formats, framerates, or any other technical aspects of the production.
