Ali AzarmiManaging PartnerAli Azarmi has been part of the Middle East’s advertising industry since 1987. Graduated and started his career in London working for Publicist Graphics and then moved to Dubai as ECD of BBDO until 2004 and has been working as advertising consultant on project basis since.

Mehdi NorowzianFounder/ DirectorMehdi established Joy Films in London in 1995 after his phenomenal success as the director of some of the most iconic TV Commercials. Mehdi Directed two feature films under Joy Films, Leo, Featuring some of Hollywood’s greatest and Killing Joe. A period drama for which he was Oscar nominated.
