      So I spent the first month of my summer (the whole month of June) dedicated to six interviews for this company. Six total interviews! I was professional, hopeful and excited as it had seemed they liked me a lot and the role seemed promising.I was first contacted for a phone interview, then a Zoom interview with the recruiter, then another zoom interview with two managers. Then the recruiter told me I'd be interviewing with two managers - the same two I already interviewed with. I had to remind him I already interviewed with those two managers - RED FLAG! After that I was told the CEO wanted to interview me personally - that sounds amazing right? So I was excited and definitely felt I was liked if the CEO inquired about me. I meet the CEO and she was great! She provided insight about the firm I'd be interviewing for and one of the things she said was she didn't think the firm would hire me (another RED FLAG) and that she had a better role for me. I interviewed for that role and basically didn't get it as they said I lacked the experience - odd right? Why refer me for a role I lack experience in? So then we went back to square one interviewing for that firm that "wouldn't hire me". While I was hesitant bc of what the CEO said, the recruiter assured me I'd have nothing to worry about and sometimes the CEO gets involved in their plans etc etc. This would now be the 6th interview - so I go to the interview excited as it seemed Forest Solutions was gearing me up to get the role. Come to find out I didn't get the role which ultimately meant the CEO was right all along.I wasted an entire month of my summer on 6 interviews. To make it worse the recruiter said he would get back to me to let me know why the firm decided not to move forward with me and he never got back to me. If you are reading this please do not waste your time applying for a job through Forest Solutions. If I could give no stars I would...

      If you have any sense of self-respect or self-worth, do not even bother contacting this company or responding to them trying to contact you.I was contacted out of the blue by Minerva Rodriguez at Forrest Solutions to participate in an online 1-on-1 video interview hosted on ZipRecruiter. I was told to be on the call at 10am the next day. Naturally, I dressed up in a suit and was on the call 10 minutes early at 9:50am. After the host started the call, I noticed that it said I was in a queue behind 15 other people. After an hour, at 10:50am, it was finally my turn next. As I got ready for the call to start, it suddenly notified me that the host had ended the call.An hour of waiting after the scheduled start time only to be hung up on before I even got a chance to interview made it clear that Forrest Solutions has no interest in treating anybody with any modicum of respect. I still haven’t received an apology email or even an offer to reschedule to another time. We are human beings. You should be ashamed of yourselves.To any businesses looking to hire Forrest Solutions for your workplace- They say they’re a hospitality company but then treat people like dirt. I’d look elsewhere if I were you.

      My experience with Forrest Solutions has been incredibly frustrating. The recruiters do not return calls or follow up, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. I tried calling the headquarters directly, hoping for some assistance, but was simply told to check the website—no real help or guidance offered. For a staffing agency that’s supposed to help people find opportunities, the lack of communication and professionalism is very disappointing. I expected more effort and accountability from their team. Would not recommend based on my experience.

This company operates like a modern-day sweatshop, exploiting employees with unrealistic expectations, pitiful wages, and a toxic work environment that prioritizes profits over people. The workplace culture is cutthroat and demeaning. Supervisors hover like prison guards, scrutinizing every call and nitpicking minor mistakes. Instead of support, you get constant criticism, with the ever-present threat of write-ups or termination if you don’t meet impossible metrics. Favoritism runs rampant, and HR exists only to protect the company—not the employees. Don’t be fooled by empty promises of "career advancement." Promotions are reserved for management’s favorites, while everyone else is stuck in the same dead-end role. Training is minimal, and turnover is sky-high because people either quit from exhaustion or get fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations. In conclusion, Connexus Resource Group is a call center nightmare—a place where employees are treated like cogs in a machine, worked to the bone, and discarded without a second thought. If you value your mental health, dignity, or fair pay, steer clear. There are better jobs out there—this one isn’t worth the suffering.

      I would avoid working here if you can. I worked here for 5 years, and really hated it. Tried to find other work and was unable to for a long time. I ended up quitting because they were going to demote me after being a Team Lead for about 4.5 years. It was really disappointing and heartbreaking, especially since I loved my team of agents. The first couple of years were good, but after a while it just became unbearable. The last campaign I was on, Solutran, literally sucked the life out of me. My supervisor and my agents were great, but I had to fight for my agents to be treated fairly.The company goes by Connexus Resource Group now, they merged with a few other call centers in 2021. One good thing I can say about the merger was we were finally able to get PTO after not having any paid time off at all. The pay here sucks, I was only making $15.50 for being a team lead, and that was only after 5 years of tenure. Most agents were making around $11.50 to $13. It's very hard to get raises here, so if you want to work here and not be compensated properly this might be the right place for you. Avoid this place, it will only ruin your mental health and cause you more suffering.

They should have more personalization from the start. In my intial email I wrote back that I was turned off by the "bot" answer. Then they followed up and I went back and forth with "Aaron" that his information about my area of research was wrong, that I wished he was more personal, and that if he couldn't reply with a genunie response I'd share out. Sure enough every reply was a blanket response from "Aaron" letting me know I could call their company for more information. There are great companies out there who are REAL from the START. Keep looking! Do not give your money to a company who can't even try to engage and didn't train their bot to filter when they needed a person to take over.

      We were very disappointed with our experience when we had our taxes done here last year. The cost was outrageous and the service was poor.They are aware that some Mayo employees get reimbursed $600 for the cost of tax preparation and charge these people $750. If you qualify for this reimbursement, I recommend negotiating the price before they are aware of this. We found out after the fact that this benefit is taxed, so the out-of-pocket cost is much larger than the $150 we had expected. There is nothing complicated about our taxes to justify this cost (W-2, student loan tax forms, mortgage interest, etc.).Despite the outrageous cost, we decided to go with them last year because we thought we would get a higher level of service and advice on how we can minimize our tax liability in the future. The service was, unfortunately, very poor. They provided no advice for future tax seasons and didn't respond to our emails when we had questions about how to pay the taxes that we owed. We resorted to calling a friend who works in taxes.Terrible service at 5 times the price. Do not recommend.
