Despite their failure to achieve any tangible results, they had the audacity to demand thousands of dollars in funding for what was essentially a useless service.Overall, I found their approach disorganized and out of touch with our goals, making this engagement a waste of time and money. Instead of support, you get constant criticism, with the ever-present threat of write-ups or termination if you don’t meet impossible metrics. Favoritism runs rampant, and HR exists only to protect the company—not the employees. Don’t be fooled by empty promises of "career advancement." Promotions are reserved for management’s favorites, while everyone else is stuck in the same dead-end role. Training is minimal, and turnover is sky-high because people either quit from exhaustion or get fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations. In conclusion, Connexus Resource Group is a call center nightmare—a place where employees are treated like cogs in a machine, worked to the bone, and discarded without a second thought. If you value your mental health, dignity, or fair pay, steer clear. There are better jobs out there—this one isn’t worth the suffering.

I would avoid working here if you can. I worked here for 5 years, and really hated it. Tried to find other work and was unable to for a long time. I ended up quitting because they were going to demote me after being a Team Lead for about 4.5 years. It was really disappointing and heartbreaking, especially since I loved my team of agents. The first couple of years were good, but after a while it just became unbearable. The last campaign I was on, Solutran, literally sucked the life out of me. My supervisor and my agents were great, but I had to fight for my agents to be treated fairly.The company goes by Connexus Resource Group now, they merged with a few other call centers in 2021. One good thing I can say about the merger was we were finally able to get PTO after not having any paid time off at all. The pay here sucks, I was only making $15.50 for being a team lead, and that was only after 5 years of tenure. Most agents were making around $11.50 to $13. It's very hard to get raises here, so if you want to work here and not be compensated properly this might be the right place for you. Avoid this place, it will only ruin your mental health and cause you more suffering.

Every single leader is easy to talk to and understanding, and Steve is no exception.My Team leads were amazing as well. You can address any issues or concerns and they will help you through it. My Team leads were Adam and Anthony, and they were phenomenal. Sometimes outages can happen, and the workload can be stressful. However, management will be there helping you until the very end.Teamwork:I was able to work alongside great with team members. Everyone worked well together. There was no toxic workplace environment.HR dept:Karen is phenomenal. There are always festivities, and fun challenges to keep the spark alive in the office. Employee of the month rewards, pizza parties, chili cook-offs, baked mac and cheese cook-offs, and even more. Most people that start their IT journey almost always starts as a service desk analyst. There are horror stories with help desk because of toxic work environments, heavy stress loads, and negative leadership. This has none of that. You’d never feel that here.But believe me when I tell you, this company is where you want to start and see if IT is a good fit for you. If it is, you won’t be upset working here. Eventually you might want to do more than work as a service desk analyst. And there are options within GHDSI to work in different leadership positions. I’m sure there are more opportunities to excel, but I had to leave since I moved to Virginia and wanted to focus on education full time. GHDSI won top workplace four times already, and I’m glad I was part of it.

Doesn’t matter how quickly I open the email, there hasn’t ever been a Tesla shop shown.Another shop that they send to me is age restricted. Market Force offers rock-bottom secret shopper rates that I was a fool to ever accept. Market Force does not offer mileage compensation. In my sparsely-populated area, the combination of low rates and no mileage makes every secret shop a losing proposition.Some secret shops involved information security checks, and should definitely be handled by trained professionals rather than farmed out to the lowest bidder. It's a bad look for companies to entrust duties for such low rates.The online portal (through which shoppers have to submit all their information) feels like it was made in 2004.Once you successfully complete shops, you will be contacted by a bottom-of-the-barrel call center by someone who barely speaks English, offering you new shops. I opted out of these calls and they called me back anyway.

Worked for 9 months, and experienced inflexible work management and two Management directors Dominique Hubert and Amber Johnston that fired people without evidence of explanation, including previous HR. The one I experienced the most Harassment and highschool mentality was from Team Leader Nick Julio Flores the last few months after they gave me a inflexible schedule, RIGHT after they terminated my friend without showing evidence or the recording of the call. They denied my friend unemployment benefits and everything else because of the terminating him without evidence. No, you cannot silence me, or undo the damage that happened, and I know you favored certain toxic employees that abused their power because of favoritism.
