I highly recommend avoiding this company. Fusion92 recently absorbed the company I contracted, Conversion Fanatics. CF was hired to increase our conversion rate. After many months of "testing", and a lot of $$ later, they actually decreased our CVR substantially. I'm deeply unsatisfied with how they left my website -- it was teeming with glitches and errors that are considered low hanging fruit for a typical UX company. Go with a different company!

This company that is contracted through ford motor company is the worst company I've ever dealt with!!! They do four so called audits on factory incentive money which takes months and months!!! I recently found out why they do it....so they can hold onto money from Ford as long as they can to make a profit!! I deal with several other companies in regards to incentive money and they have your money to you within two weeks!! Obviously you have to have all your paperwork in order and when you do you should get paid!!!! These people are hiring people for minimum wage to work for them and then maximizing the profits by keeping the money as long as they can!! Corporate America at its best!! Trump probably owned Marketing Associates!!!!

these people are contracted thru ford and others to provide salesincentives among other things. I have never encountered such apoorly run operation in my life. the people that administer the salesincentives are deceptive and will misdirect your incentives then tellyou all is ok. I then ask when they will process and am told its in a pileto process but it will be soon. i have 3 claims on file first one is 2-12-2016its now 6-14-2006 i've faxed ,called and watched my coworker get mailedhis after waiting almost 4 months. i filled his out for him so they shouldall be the same as mine. Whoever in in charge needs to get control my next letter is to bbb. mike miller

My personal experience with kitely tech, has been unproductive to say the least. Yes, Jason is very responsive and answers every question and returns calls prominently. He portrays kitely tech as a large firm with offices in several states but as we found out that is not the case. When our team asked to meet with the entire marketing team and developers they were not available. I advise meeting with entire development team at clark office what is just a share office space with a small mail box with company name on it. I describe doing business with kitely tech similar to being "cat fished" online . The unethical business practices by Jason caused timely delays with projects promised by a certain deadline. I lost of thousands of dollars and misrepresenting a large marketing firm based in the U.S. when in fact all the work is outsource to india.

Overall the experience with Kitely was very good. The web developers overall did wonderful work. Though sometimes things may not be done as fast as both they and the client may want, the work they do is gold. I have had other poor experiences with other web development companies and Kitely was certainly the best. When errors were made on Kitely's end or if I did not communicate all my ideas correctly, they were on top of it to fix the mistakes and if something on my website broke unexpectedly, they were on top of fixing it. If you have an idea, they are likely able to create code for it. They did a great job bringing some innovative things to life, but more in depth ideas may take a little more time to finish than anticipated. I would recommend Kitely to people looking to build a site from scratch.
