But what is ICC?
Industrial Cold Calling (ICC) as the part of Telemarketing is the perfect way to expand your sales network and to reach your potential customers.
Using various telemarketing tools, we create a database of the vast majority of your potential clients.
These are mainly manufacturing enterprises, but there may also be trading organizations.
The principles of our work:
- We determine the circle of potential customers which can buy your products or service. For example, you produce robots for orbital welding and your main customers are pipe manufacturing companies. Your equipment sells well on the Western European market, but you are practically absent on the Eastern European market. In some countries you have dealers, but they sell very small numbers of your machines and the market potential is simply huge. Your task is to establish sales there.
- We stipulate a list of countries (for example, these are countries of Eastern Europe), the deadline for completing the task (for example 3 months) and the type of work (see the Our services tab). We also specify the type of producers (for example you are not interested in manufacturers who make stainless steel pipes).
- At the end of the entire period or weekly - you receive completed tables that contain information about all the manufacturers that interest you (for example all companies in Eastern Europe producing seamless ferrous metal pipes).
There are many options for cooperation.

1. Just create a database of clients you are interested in
2. Compile a database of customers you are interested in, indicating the persons authorized to negotiate on your topic (CEO, chief engineer, production manager, head of the supply department, etc)
