Work culture is toxic. Manager is egoistic and arrogant who is a non-tech person with zero knowledge of any tech field.Company isn't growing at all. Manager keeps talking about cutting down staff to an extent that only around 20% employees will have their jobs if company doesn't do well. He once even asked us (UI/UX team) to find work for the company as they didn't have any projects. Keeping aside his irrelevancy in a tech company, he can't even get projects. No wonder I once heard someone say "If mass layoff happens, manager will be the first one to go. What does he even do here!"Manager's behavior was extremely rude with me. "He behaves like that with everyone" - that's what HR told me on my last day. He can behave however he wants, professionalism is only applicable to employees. I'm saying this because I once heard he applies sandwich leave rule based on his mood on that day and his relations with that employee! All you have to do to survive in this company is keep satisfying his ego.Company is ISO certified and yet the workflow is so pathetic. Once you finish the design --> manager approves it --> it gets developed --> manager again evaluates the design and ask you to make everything again from scratch! Saying that he never liked the design (yet he approved it!). They have few partners on one of their products. One of them approved the design and 4-5 months later another partner asked to redesign. The reason behind it was developer never made it according to figma. Spacing, font styles, icons or even layout in some of the cases.. everything was compromised. That's the level of shitty management they have.HR policies are also garbage. They once held a 24 hours event on Saturday (day off) and asked everyone to come mandatory and they would cut salary for being absent. They also keep 1 month salary as deposit.They have 3 months probation period policy. HR clearly told me in my interview that they will only continue with me if they are satisfied with my work quality. And manager still had the audacity to ask after 6 months "what have you done for this company? we can totally function without you!"

Qualimatrix Technologies team designed our logo. First, we asked them to provide us with various logo options ranging from hyper-conservative to ultra-modern. Then, they created four templates, two were more straightforward, and two were more modern with bold colors. Once we chose the template that spoke to us most as an organization, we chose a font, and Qualimatrix Technologies managed the final logo design process from beginning to end.After delivering the final logo, they built our website from scratch using a WordPress template. The website is our digital factory and lead generation tool for customers to engage with us online. The team also helped us with keyword research and provided website SEO and copywriting services. We collaborated with them on different pages to ensure they contained the right keywords for Google and Bing. We host the website internally, but they occasionally help with maintenance requests.The website functions very well, and were pleased with the core site vitals. Since were still getting indexed, its too early to see the results of our website traffic. However, were heading in the right direction, and the site has received positive internal feedback regarding its design. We've been tracking our keywords and have climbed to the first page of the search results for some of them. We've also run technical SEO audits that have garnered positive results.

We have a weekly standup at the start of the week and have plenty of dialog over Slack throughout the week. The team sends end of day and end of week summaries which are great to understand and track progress and the team was very quick to onboard and begin testing.
