Pain often enacts change and growth. A series of unfortunate events with a previous firm brought us to RKL a few years ago, and we could not be more relieved. We instantly felt the safety net of professional expertise in every area of our business. Not only are they extremely good at what they do, but RKL is also proactive in constantly looking for ways to improve us financially and operationally. We REALLY knew we had hit the jackpot when Covid-19 swung RKL into action, way ahead of their competitors, with the weekly Friday webinars open to clients and not-yet clients alike. This inspired idea of RKL's was a lifeline to our sanity as we all navigated this together, and literally put RKL on the front page. I have learned that if they offer advice or answer a question, it's been well researched and is spot on. We are so VERY grateful for our tax, corporate audit, and pension audit team.

RKL CPA services really went down the drain for the last couple of years. Jim needs to either retire or let someone else take care of his position. When he obviously knows something, he would reply like he doesn't. It's almost like he is acting like a 16 year working at Mc Donalds, filling up time for a PayCheck and doing everything he can not get involved in any project. I can't believe his title is a partner since he really doesn't act like he is doing anything to improve company revenues. Multiple mistakes from different associates; they can't even hold on to their commitment to calling the client on time. Associates unable to look at a paper and type the information into the computer without making spelling mistakes. Just overall, I completely lost my trust in them to handle something as crucial as taxes.
