My experience with the interview process was mixed.I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion. The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated.I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged. To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling. My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style.Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

Extremely toxic work environment, unrealistic workload, and zero respect for employees or their personal life. Management never listens to employee problems. Think twice before joining or doing business with this company.

I had a disappointing experience with Drashti Mistry from the HR department. She repeatedly asked the same questions without modification, even after I mentioned not understanding her. It felt like she was blaming me for the confusion, as if she didn't understand English herself. Additionally, her communication seemed limited to English, which could be challenging for non-English speakers.I hope the HR team improves their communication skills and professionalism, as this experience left a negative impression of the organization.

To comply with ever increasing corporate-client demands, we recently worked with Ibrahim and the team at Intrix Cyber Security to conduct a security audit of our system and to pass Pen Testing of our key applications. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional customer service. They were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They conducted an in-depth analysis of our applications to identify potential vulnerabilities and provided us with a detailed report of their findings as well as actionable recommendations on how best to address them. They were always available to answer our questions and worked with us through the remediation process. We highly recommend Intrix to anyone in need of such services. Their expertise and customer service were exceptional, and after all the “inconvenient” (and by that I mean pain-in-the-arse) hard work, they helped us improve our security narrative and certification to the level where we are now able to tout such credentials as a competitive advantage in our space.
