One of the leading financial services providers of title insurance for the real estate and mortgage industries engaged DemandBlue to support their organization’s Salesforce.com needs. The client leveraged our services, which allow companies to manage their periodic Salesforce admin support tasks with flexible, low-cost support from DemandBlue.
This company completed a significant corporate re-org recently, so they had to maintain and consolidate Salesforce organizations within the new structure. Their internal support for Salesforce admin requests, however, was not sufficient for getting the work done. The availability of their internal admin staff was limited.
