I had the pleasure of working at Sanmark Solutions and it was a truly positive experience. I started as an intern software engineer and was later promoted to associate software engineer. The work environment was excellent, with a good work-life balance and very friendly co-workers.The management team, including the CEO, was incredibly supportive and approachable. The culture was welcoming, and I always felt encouraged to learn and grow. It’s a fantastic place for anyone looking to build a career in tech while being part of a collaborative and respectful team.Highly recommend Sanmark Solutions as a workplace!

If the position is not available, please do not schedule interviews, as it wastes the candidate’s time. Similarly, if you feel a resume is not suitable, kindly avoid proceeding with the interview. It seems either the recruiter has not reviewed the profile properly or the hiring manager has not given clear requirements. This reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Ideally, profiles should be screened carefully, and only those that match the role should be invited for a face-to-face interview.I hope the recruitment process improves, as currently there is no proper update or communication regarding interview.
