I've had my ups and downs hiring various IT professionals to assist in our tech operations. A trusted friend recommended this firm, and since then, I haven't looked back. Dealing with ITAdOn has been delightful; they have been our most reliable partner so far, and no provider I've ever hired has come close in terms of responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism.I've achieved great results with them, receiving fantastic IT support and meeting our recruiting needs. Huge thanks to the ITAdOn team for helping us scale our business.

I have been very satisfied with the IT Support we have received from ITAdOn. ITAdOn has helped us build a secure IT infrastructure that gives us peace of mind (especially where there are a lot of cybersecurity and ransomware risks nowadays). Every staff member is very competent, responsive, and easy to work with. They treat us like their own and do whatever it takes to properly get the job done. The team members at ITAdOn are truly the professionals you want on your team helping you out when your technology snags an issue. Knowing I can rely on them, they are our go-to IT support company here in Philadelphia! I highly recommend them.

ITAdOn has been managing our IT infrastructure for the last few months and we couldn’t be happier. The technical support team is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I feel great that our network, server, and our workstations are up to date and running smoothly. They recently upgraded our workstations to Windows 11 which was effortless on our end and everything is working seamlessly. Very happy with their service.

Great Place to Grow and Learn – 6 Wonderful Years at Tatvasoft!I had the opportunity to work at Tatvasoft as a QA for 6 years, and it was truly a rewarding and enriching experience. Throughout my time there, I learned so much – not only in terms of technical skills but also in understanding best practices, teamwork, and professionalism.I'm grateful for the opportunities and support I received during my time at Tatvasoft. It's a great place for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in the IT industry.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

If you have another offer in hand then please don't choose Tatvasoft. More pollitics not employee friendly environment no festival celebration no facilities.Even not good colleagues.Management is also biased, they only listen to higher authorities like managers vp.

We partnered with Designpluz for the development of our new Tigerlight website, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From the initial brief through to launch, the team demonstrated a strong understanding of our brand, our technical positioning, and the importance of delivering a site that reflects the performance and credibility of our business. They translated this into a clean, high-performing website that not only looks sharp but is also structured for usability, scalability, and SEO.What stood out most was their responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to get things right. Every stage of the project was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality outcome. We are truly happy with the result. The new website is a significant step forward for Tigerlight, and we appreciate the effort, flexibility, and service provided by the entire team.We would confidently recommend Designpluz to any business looking for a reliable and capable digital partne

Over the whole process, from initial design to implementation, delivery and iteration they have been professional, responsive and highly helpful.Developing a specialised AI product in a highly regulated environment is no small task, and I would thoroughly recommend Designpluz. I was looking for a design team that could build me a new website and solidify our brand in the market. Priya, Shaun and Mia had a great personal vibe and although not the cheapest solution, they were by far the most detailed solution and have exceeded my expectations. If I were building a critical website in future, this would be my go-to team.
