We run a SaaS platform for PR reporting. It’s our first time working with an external development team after years of in-house. We made the shift to get more flexibility and to have dedicated capacity for building out a suite of new features on top of our product. The work is R&D by nature, so specs change, and priorities shift. Clockwise Software has always been flexible about that and scaled up when we needed more people involved. What else stood out is the team's experience. Our codebase spans multiple services with a fair amount of legacy code. They have people who've clearly worked across different codebases before, and it showed in how quickly they got productive. Our engagement is ongoing. We launched the new features, ran a beta, and opened it up to the full market. ARPC has increased since launch, a clear sign to us that the work landed well with customers.

Hired them to build an AI feature on top of our internal system, basically an assistant so our team could ask questions and get info from our data instead of digging through it manually. Took about 8 weeks. Works exactly how we needed it to. Their team was upfront about the limitations early, which I actually respected.

Worked with Microknot over a period of 4 months to build a financial simulation & visualization of supply chain activities. Microknot architect and engineers provided the framework, design & setup on Azure and the development activities. It was a great experience working with them!

The EDI system that Microknot created was a little slow to start up due to the complexity of our system. But it's now reached a point where it's saving me time with our orders. The team were prompt in responding to emails & were a pleasure to work with.

We have enjoyed working with Jag, Shaun, and several of Microknot's developers over the past 18 months. The Microknot team has allowed us to accelerate the time to market for our platform, translating to money in the bank and added scale to our internal development team without the risks, time delays, and costs associated with hiring new staff.Microknot's professionalism in managing our project has also lifted the game for our internal team. Not only have they delivered a great product outcome, but we've also learned a lot about different technologies and effective s/ware PM methodology in the process. The Microknot team have been responsive, easy to work with, delivered every sprint on time, and significantly contributed to guiding our application in the right direction.I can't thank the team at Microknot enough for their contribution to Biode, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any business looking for a trusted development partner.
