I have worked with designers and design firms in Pittsburgh, Seattle, and New York, and I have never worked with more talented, attentive, or innovative designers. While I was running Pittsburgh Public Theater, they crafted the artwork for all of our shows over three seasons and executed a full rebrand for us that was not only thoughtful, imaginative, and beautifully crafted but was incredibly forward-thinking, creating a reflection of not only who we were but who we were becoming. Their turnaround is wildly fast, and their responsiveness and collaborative spirit is refreshing and earnest. Gretchen Johnson was such a delight to work with when my daughter had her graduation photos taken in her studio. She made it so easy to try various poses, not just for graduation photos, but for professional business photos as well. Gretchen was a dream to work with. We were fortunate to book her for our wedding. We discussed our day and planned out our “must haves.” I wasn’t sure quite what I wanted outside of that talk, and she was able to guide us through some great shots. She got all the shots, and even ones that I hadn’t known I wanted. I am probably the most awkward poser; she was able to kindly correct me and get beautiful photographs. All of my guests remarked on how kind she was. She even delivered our online album ahead of schedule! I will always recommend Gretchen.
