They are overseas but they will give you double the quality at half the price an American company will give you if you are a startup! American start up companies charge you double and outsourcevthe work to lower quality people. You will not be disappointed with these guys here. I have been using the buildfire mobile app platform for over 3 years now, and this platform is amazing. I've tried other platforms. But, nothing comes close to Buildfire. The features and additional functionality are far superior than any other app platform on the market. With this platform I'm able to provide many options for my clients throughout a list of industries. But, what makes Buildfire reflect superior status is their customer support. Both Sean Hamasha my account manager and Mark Wyatt my customer support specialist are a pleasure to work with. Each of them provide different roles helping me. When I reach out for support I get an immediate follow up on my questions. If I have any technical glitches Mark is always responsive and can't do enough to make sure my apps are running smoothly. When I have any requests for guidance on how certain features can be used, or helping me with structural plans for my business, Sean is always there to guide me through. As a business owner in the media industry for over 30 years, I've always said your employees are a reflection of your brand, and both Sean and Mark are what makes Buildfire the brand they are today. My development staff worked with HappyFunCorp over a multitude of times over the last year and their experience was that communications and the relationship on HFC's side was being conducted in an unprofessional manner compared to other providers we have worked with in the past several years of launching our newest venture.Due to these prior experiences, we have decided to cut our professional relationship with this software developer permanently. We we referred to them by another client, and at first we thought there was synergy, but that no longer seems the case as HFC is no longer following their values that at one time made them an industry leader.We will seek other options and there are far better developers our there for those seeking an alternative. We suggest you do your due diligence before contacting this firm. How this firm conducts business is critical to your success, so do yourself a favor and consider other solution providers.
