Best company I have ever worked in. I have spent 5 years as a beautiful journey with a lot of memories while working in Synsoft I never thought a single day that I need to switch and move on another firm, for me Synsoft is my other home. This company is not good. They called me for an interview and then sent me back home, saying they would take the interview on Google Meet instead. After the interview, they told me that I was not selected. When I asked for the reason, they said they couldn’t give feedback because multiple interviews were conducted. Very bad — this is not good behavior. They are just wasting employees’ time.
