What started as a simple support request quickly developed into a strong and trusted partnership. The IndexWorld team played a crucial role in the success of our Odoo implementation, providing expert guidance, responsiveness, and practical solutions every step of the way.Their customizations, in particular, have massively improved our workflows and helped us save countless hours of time. The team took the time to understand our business requirements and translated them into solutions that truly enhanced our efficiency and daily operations.Without their support, our implementation would have been far less successful. We highly recommend IndexWorld to any organization looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and results-driven partner for Odoo implementation and support.

We initially reached out to Umer and the team at Indexworld to review and rectify our ODOO ERP company file due to their expert knowledge of both Odoo and Odoo bookkeeping. They jumped in with their team to audit, and checked across every single bank transaction to have a complete thorough reconciliation across multiple bank accounts and 1–2 years of financials — to ensure everything was accurately accounted for.Once the review and adjustments was complete, we engaged Indexworld to take over our daily Odoo bookkeeping tasks (following our previous bookkeeper’s retirement). We now have a dedicated team handling our day-to-day bookkeeping needs, and they’ve been consistently proficient and reliable.I was initially apprehensive about outsourcing our bookkeeping, particularly because of the time zone difference (we're based in Australia), but it’s been working exceptionally well. In fact, having a team with multiple bookkeepers trained in our processes has proven to be a real asset.I highly recommend Indexworld if you need a capable, detail-oriented team who understands Odoo and can manage your financials on a daily basis.

We had the opportunity to work with Ahsan from INDEX WORLD on optimizing our Odoo ERP server and resolving various technical issues within the system. Ahsan demonstrated deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of Odoo’s architecture, which made a significant difference in the performance and stability of our ERP environment.Throughout the engagement, Ahsan was professional, communicative, and highly efficient in troubleshooting complex issues. His proactive approach and problem-solving skills ensured that any disruptions were addressed quickly and effectively. Thanks to Ahsan’s efforts, our Odoo server is now running smoothly, and we've seen noticeable improvements in both speed and reliability. I would confidently recommend INDEX WORLD and Ahsan to any organization seeking reliable technical support and optimization for Odoo ERP.Ok

They are very welcoming and super supportive of your business, and they explain the whole process. Kevin was kind and energetic as well as understanding of starting up a business. Only down side is that it's hard to communicate your vision of the website when you're doing everything virtual. We had some misunderstandings, but through some video calls and messages, they created my vision. I will definitely use them again if I ever need another website.

Worked with Antfarm to build our company site and they nailed it. The website looks clean, modern and very professional on mobile and desktop without feeling templated. The site loads fast, SEO basics are set up right, and support after launch has been solid.Their payroll system is also very easy to use, clean and can compute multicurrency payrolls with no hustles. If you need a professional team that delivers a website that actually converts, Antfarm’s worth talking to.

Partnering with Scallar IT Solution for our clinic's complete digital transformation has been one of the best decisions we've made for our practice. Before working with them, our patient scheduling, follow-ups, and online presence were scattered across manual registers and disconnected tools. Scallar built us a professional, mobile-optimized clinic website with online appointment booking, integrated a CRM system to manage patient records and follow-ups, and set up WhatsApp automation for appointment reminders, prescription follow-ups, and patient queries — available 24/7. They also handled our Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO, which has significantly improved our visibility for patients searching for clinics near them. On top of that, their digital marketing support through Google Ads and social media has brought in a steady stream of new patient inquiries every month. The entire process — from website development to CRM integration, automation, and marketing — was handled professionally with clear communication at every step. Our administrative workload has reduced drastically, patient communication has become seamless, and our clinic's online visibility has grown remarkably. Highly recommend Scallar IT Solution to any clinic or healthcare practice looking for end-to-end digital transformation, healthcare automation, and patient engagement solutions.
