The team at Epic Notion has been an invaluable and multi-faceted resource for me as I work to launch my company. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with AIT Inc has been beyond frustrating. I requested the cancellation of my server over two months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, they failed to process the cancellation. To make matters worse, they continue to send invoices and demand payment for a service I no longer use or need.Their support is unresponsive and careless, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. In my professional career, this has been the worst hosting provider I’ve encountered. I would strongly advise others to stay away from AIT Inc. There are far better and more reliable options out there.
