But if that’s true, I have no idea what they’re all doing because the work I received was extremely slow, and I had to constantly chase them just to get basic tasks done.The proposal outlined a structured, professional approach, but what was actually delivered felt unorganized and nowhere near the quality I expected. Instead of streamlining my social media, I ended up babysitting the team, reminding them of what needed to be done.
