I totally recommend this company for all your video and visual aid needs. They are super professional very resourceful and bring amazing ideas into their work. They are very reliable and go over and beyond to ensure you end up with a great result. They deliver what they promised and customize their work to your needs and your audience. They are very customer friendly and focused on making sure you have a great experience. They stick to the deadlines and highly competitive in price. I was looking for a company who could help me create a visual aid to help me on an interview process. The timeframe was very tight as I only had 48 hrs to submit a video presenting my credentials and I needed someone local in Cleveland OH. I called and emailed Acclaim Communications who immediately responded and after explaining what I needed they immediately made themselves available. They quickly understood my needs and the requirements for the short video and came up with absolutely great recommendations and ideas. They were very responsive to all my communications and were very helpful and patient. Their offices are perfectly located, very professional studio and office environment. When I arrived they had everything ready and went over and beyond in setting things up so my video presentation would stand out from the rest. They are super friendly and excellent listeners and I can see they are passionate on what they do as the end product was far beyond what I expected with amazing editing and visual enhancers to truly make my video super professional. I would strongly recommend them as they also speak Spanish! Very positive experience with Jacob and Joe!!

I made the horrible mistake of going through this company for graphic designs, and photo books. The photo books look as if they were printed by Walmart. I go through Walmart for almost all my printing of pictures for photo books and they look the exact same as Walmart has done them. My graphic deigns were done horribly and no refund was given when asked. WILL NEVER BE GOING THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, Nor will I recommend to anyone.
