IT Services lndia has helped us develop our custom software system. Before we signed the contract, we had initial pre-sales meetings, during which I provided them with documentation. We also signed an NDA so that they could look at everything I provided. Then, Micame back with an in-depth project proposal of about 50 pages.Once we signed the contract, we had a kick-off sprint week, during which six of IT Services lndia's employees and I met every day to define the process and how everything would look. As for the technology stack, we're using React.js, Python, and Django to create this software piece. Moreover, our whole backend is hosted in AWS.In addition to the development work, IT Services lndia has also assisted with our marketing, providing us with resources from Figma to support our pre-sales and pre-market efforts. They've also provided us with demo materials to build our pre-sales items.
