Orange You Glad deserves many more stars than 5! This company's involvement in the development of our brand and business has made a dramatic positive impact on our market recognition and more importantly, on sales. We own a small apiary, Barters Island Bees, on the coast of Maine. When we decided to market our honey, we reached out to Tammy Duncan, the owner and creative director of Orange You Glad. She immediately grasped the essence of the brand that we wanted to build and created designs that were fun, engaging and that perfectly captured the unique aspect of raising bees on the coast of Maine. .Her creative input was brilliant. The iconic logo features a honeybee with a buoy for a body! Wherever our honey is sold, people tell us that they love our buoy bee logo! Even the owner of the company that prints our labels told me that it was his favorite logo of all those he prints! From our logo to our label design, she brought our vision to life! Over the last 3 years, Tammy has continued to help us shape and refine our brand. When we decided to re-design our website, we immediately consulted her. She created a site that has generated sales from all over the country. Our sales have soared on line since the site launched this past July, and we are just now beginning to really market ourselves. If you want to create a brand for your business or build a website, I cannot endorse this company highly enough. From her website, you will see that she has been chosen by huge companies for their marketing and web design. Clearly, she excels in that arena. But she is also able to take a small, start-up company like Barters Island Bees and provide the technical and creative expertise to put us on the map.

New Wave Digital and Henry Warner will not return my phone calls after hiring to work on my business web design. While I was not able to give the website the time and attention after the initial communication and work started, which resulted in a couple of pauses, when I was ready to resume, Henry began to be unresponsive and eventually did not return my calls and emails. I’m posting not because of lost investment, as it’s fortunately very little money, but because as a business owner myself, I would never not respond to a client. Letting someone know you don’t wish or do not have time to work on their project is the professionalism that is lacking at New Wave Digital that I would warn others of before engaging.

Service quits unexpectedly, then they are difficult to contact and take a long time to fix, with more fees each time. Then trying to get custody of our website from them has taken 6 months to get them to agree and they are charging 1000 to cancel their services. I get in trouble with my boss for all this trouble. I feel scammed.The website was barely up to standards, with non-functional buttons and text that we wanted to have changed and couldn't get it changed. We're a small business and we never asked for this hassle.

The latest in my Eminent Design nightmare...I'm being sued for copyright infringement! And the really ironic part is, I think it might be them, because I took down their website completely after so long of being held captive by their extortion and had someone else design an entirely new one!!! Professional SCAMMERS!! This is NOT a US company! They will sell you a dream and not even deliver on the simplest project. The WILL NOT honor their 100% Money Back Guarantee . They also used a different company name for the payment, making it harder to file a claim with my bank. With that said, they fought me tooth and nail and I ended up NOT receiving a refund. Honestly, they should be blocked from conducting business.
