You can't beat the VLink guys when it comes to designing and developing. From the start, I hired them to build my website and gave them all my specifications and preferences. We experienced a breath of fresh air when we switched to VLink's Managed Solution. They carefully analyzed our entire ecosystem and offered multiple recommendations for improving our system (not just one). They also implemented various cost-saving measures. We incrementally upgraded our equipment and software solution as needed. You can choose from a variety of options, and they will work according to your timeline, your needs, your budget, and your staff's ability to change. I have not detected a lapse-in fact as far as knowledge is concerned, and I have learned much from them! Which is of particular importance since we work around the clock.

If the position is not available, please do not schedule interviews, as it wastes the candidate’s time. Similarly, if you feel a resume is not suitable, kindly avoid proceeding with the interview.It seems either the recruiter has not reviewed the profile properly or the hiring manager has not given clear requirements. This reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Ideally, profiles should be screened carefully, and only those that match the role should be invited for a face-to-face interview.I hope the recruitment process improves, as currently there is no proper update or communication regarding interview.
