We've really appreciated the level of responsiveness Kinetix provides - when we have issues, we get help right away. They are great at explaining in understandable language what the issue is, and the steps taken to fix the issue. We have felt very comfortable trusting our IT support to Kinetix!

Great customer service with Kinetix, and working with Randy! Most recently, Brandon did an excellent job troubleshooting a very frustrating device issue! After he explained the WHY behind the issue we were up against, we were able to collaborate on what solution would work best, and tried the least disruptive options first. Very appreciative!

As always a simple process to get IT help! They are always so helpful and have solutions for issues - even when we don't describe the problems very well. They are mind readers

What a GREAT team!! Clint, Rita, Matt, and everyone else at RealIT Solutions have been AWESOME to work with! Our Township was previously with VC3 who was horridly unresponsive to issues, and it was just getting to be a joke on how long it would take them to even respond. Real IT... Man... These folks ROCK!! They have been so proactive, totally in communication. It's clear that their efforts are a whole-of-team approach. I could not recommend their services more to anyone looking for a top-notch IT services provider. THANK YOU Real IT!!

Truly a partner with our business for all of our IT services! Our Real IT team is responsive to all communications and thorough in making sure they truly understand our needs before jumping in. There is a shared urgency for projects big and small, and I trust that they will always follow through! Definitely reccomend.
