The Provato Group listened closely to what we really needed, and made helpful suggestions. Being a smaller nonprofit, they worked with our team individually, and as a whole, to be sure we all understood the new software. Craig is available whenever we have questions, and we love that we can go right to him and he knows us. I highly recommend their services.

Awful company. Wouldn't work for or with this company. Terrible communication, over budget and under deliver on all projects. Junior level skills of all developers

I don't use Astute, but I had to review this company because they help my husband's company. I’ve been so impressed I had to share. I often overhear my husband’s calls with the IT team at Astute, and they are consistently friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every issue he’s had has been resolved quickly and professionally. It’s clear they truly care about helping people. I honestly wish I had an IT department like this at my workplace!

We partnered with Astute Technology Management (Astute) many years ago and the experience has been wonderful for our company. They are great IT partners who care about what they do, and I would recommend them for managed services for anyone. If you need technicians who are knowledgeable and always learning, customer service oriented, reliable, trustworthy and care about what they do, Astute is the right company.

Astute came to the rescue when we were having major issues. They found a real solution and just a workaround. They installed and cleaned up my previous Spaghetti looking cabling for a professional, great looking install. I would recommend Astute without reservation

Clear concise communication and a desire to not just be a contracted job but an extension of own business that aims to drives sales with foot and internet traffic to my location is unbelievable. Going above and beyond by having their team brainstorm to find better faster solutions to mundane obstacles was way more than I ever expected. This is more than a small company that lends a hand. They are an invaluable asset at every turn. Best decisions I've ever made with a vendor.

SkyNet has provided all our technology and cybersecurity needs for years. We originally had them perform an audit of our current IT provider and found we were spending way too much on our office 365 licensing. Since switching, we get much faster support than we used to,, their people are at our locations when they say they’ll be, and they just built us an AI that works between our Sales Force and purchasing software that is really helping our order entry people. They are awesome, and I highly recommend SkyNet.

We’ve used SkyNet for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. Their team is always super fast to help us, and unlike the other IT companies we’ve used, they’re always quick to come onsite as well. We recently passed a cybersecurity audit from our parent company, and SkyNet made it a non issue, which is why I came to write this review.
