Outrageously wrong way to handle customers! Keen to discuss payment for TGI which often exceeds 30k, and the receptionist just hanged out the phone on us being extremely rude while we were just asking to talk to a sales representative.Fine we'll find another market research provider that handles agencies in a much more professional manner!

It's very rare I leave a bad review for any company but making an exception for Kantar who repeatedly continue to miss manage us as a client, are rude and changed fundamental features on their software whilst we were in contract and then complain when we aren't happy when the software isn't then suitable for our needs. No one has taken responsibility over this matter and Ive had numerous emails simply ignored.
