Caplan Artificial introduced artificial intelligence into our medical practice. We are a company that manufactures and distributes medical equipment throughout the Balkans, and we had a 30-year archive of data (digitized only 5–6 years ago) through which we could not efficiently search and access all the information. The guys installed an internal LLM and connected it to our systems, which drastically reduced the time to information. Their team was very professional and friendly.

This was my first experience in having a commercial done. I was as green as they come. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the end result of the filming.
