After having a bad experience with Elite, I received a call from Cody. My guess, he's a CSR. I was impressed with his passion for customer service so I decided to give them another try. Cody was on top of the job and exceeded my expectations. The boxes were perfect and delivered quicker than promised. I ended up giving them another job. This second box was absolutely magnificent. The prices are fair, the work is good and the delivery was early. My customer is happy...I highly recommend Elite for any custom box. Pics are attached.

Elite printed a book box for a client of mine for a book set. I included a spot gloss and it turned out wonderfully. The template was excellent and the instructions for specs were very clear. They were swift and available with communications. I will use them again for other clients. I am extremely pleased with how my experience went and with the quality of the printing.

John was great to work with. Very patient with design emails and he and team helped elevate final design. End product is more than I expected. Thick cardboard, beautiful finish, easy right angle folding, and attached tape to seal top and bottom.It’s beautiful.

They come across very off putting and like they are on a whole different level and are too good for almost everyone. I don't think many people like to feel small. Their approach and ways communicating to potential business is bad. This type of behavior simply is uncalled for they need to humble and kind.
