I was promised Squarespace experts, but the team assigned to my project seemed unfamiliar with the platform. This led to a significant portion of the billed hours being allocated to research and development tasks that a Squarespace-proficient team might have completed much more efficiently.Design Quality: Additionally, the quality of the design work delivered was below par. I found myself needing to step in and handle the majority of the design work, which was unexpected and time-consuming.Communication Breakdown: There were also communication issues, particularly with the VP of Sales, who often seemed unaware of our previous email exchanges. This resulted in repetitive conversations and a general feeling of inefficiency.Billing Concerns: My greatest concern was with the billing structure.
