Software Development Review from Nazar Savchenko

We hired SoloWay Technologies as our technical partner to build a comprehensive booking platform for a SportTech client. The goal was to create an intuitive mobile application for users and a scalable web administration portal for facility management. The scope of work involved end-to-end development, covering the discovery phase, UX/UI design, backend architecture, and cross-platform mobile development using Flutter. The platform enables users to easily book courts, schedule training sessions, and rent equipment with secure in-app payments. For the administrative side, they built a highly functional dashboard for managing schedules, coaching assignments, and finances. A critical requirement was an accelerated time-to-market, aiming to launch a fully functional MVP in just two months. Despite this strict deadline, SoloWay Technologies demonstrated exceptional project management. They successfully synchronized a large, cross-functional team and delivered all milestones exactly on time. They worked relentlessly and adapted quickly to new requirements and shifting priorities. Frequent demo sessions and continuous CI/CD integration ensured full transparency, keeping our team aligned at every stage. The final product successfully automated all booking workflows, eliminated manual management errors, and demonstrated high stability post-release. What impressed us most was their speed of delivery combined with a flexible solution architecture. Their ability to coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to hit ambitious targets under strict time constraints was remarkable. Furthermore, their transparent communication and rapid adaptation to our evolving needs made the collaboration incredibly smooth. They proved to be a flexible and reliable technical partner capable of handling complex product development without compromising on quality or missing deadlines.

AI Development Review from Alexey Cherevuta

We partnered with SoloWay Technologies to build a full-cycle platform for veterinary clinics from scratch. A major part of the project was integrating a voice AI agent to handle real-time pet insurance verifications over the phone. While Bland.AI handled the actual voice interactions, we relied entirely on SoloWay to build the backend infrastructure that powered it. The SoloWay team built a robust Django and Django REST Framework backend with custom endpoints. This allowed the voice agent to autonomously identify clinics by phone number, verify insurance providers, and retrieve policy coverage details during live calls. They optimized everything specifically for voice interactions. This included data normalization (like cleaning up dictated policy numbers) and fuzzy matching for insurance company names so the AI could process requests accurately. They also set up smart error-handling and webhooks so the AI could gracefully manage ""not found"" cases without dropping the call. Project management was excellent. The team and their PM were flexible, always willing to adapt sprint goals to our changing needs. They provided transparent updates on backend and frontend progress, delivered continuous design iterations, and tested all new features on schedule. What stood out most was their technical expertise and ability to work independently. By actively reviewing test call transcripts, they continuously refined the AI's logic with minimal oversight. They brought great ideas to the table, responded quickly, and delivered a top-tier product. We have zero complaints and highly recommend SoloWay Technologies for complex software and AI integrations.
