Very disappointing experience. We faced significant delays with no proper communication or accountability from the company. On top of that, they made a major production mistake by printing the logo instead of stitching it as agreed.Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to push us to accept incorrect items without providing a proper solution. The customer service was extremely unprofessional responses were slow, inconsistent, and there was no willingness to escalate the issue to management.Due to operational pressure, we had no choice but to accept the order as it is, but this was far from acceptable. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.Not recommended.zerooooooooo and very poooor service "

I expected much better quality for my son’s school uniforms.> Tags are very harsh for children and the edges are very sharp making it uncomfortable and sewn in a way you can’t cut them without ruining the fabric.> The material in the waist bands is very hard for children making it very uncomfortable to move in.> Inner of logo cut in a very unprofessional way and not covered in soft material that also is very uncomfortable for children or adults !> Poor stitching with loose threads and discoloration stains on fabricUnfortunately, I feel it was truly a waste of money. "
