Aesthera Marketing is a marketing agency for med spas and aesthetic practices. That is all we do, so when a practice comes to us, we already know the services, the seasonality, the ad platform rules, and what a booked consult is actually worth.

Aesthera grew out of Just Digital, a Los Angeles agency founded in 2012. Over the years, med spas became the clients we did our best work for, so in 2026 we gave that work its own name. The team and the systems didn't change, but the focus did.

We run Google and Meta ads to landing pages we build for each campaign, not the practice's homepage. Every call is tracked and recorded, and every lead goes on a dashboard the practice can open any time, marked qualified or booked. We look at the call recordings, and if the front desk is dropping leads, we'll tell you. We report on leads and bookings, not impressions.

Engagements are month to month, because we only want to work with people who want to work with us. Each client gets a Slack channel with their account manager and a senior strategist, so questions get answered the same day.
