Pros: - Our overall goal was to elevate our brand identity and website, which was accomplished and are happy with the final results. Cons:- Miscommunications and struggles to integrate feedback throughout the process- Poor foresight on BRJ end certain fonts cannot be used in office 365, brand materials and assets were all made in Canva, poor integration (if any) into 365- General lack of creativity when met with our opposition or requests for more options- Transition between different phases felt like starting the process over again (assuming that information was not passed smoothly between teams).Overall we appreciate the outcome but it was not easy getting there. We do wish we had someone a bit more senior on the branding side of things, it was pretty apparent that this was the first project for our brand lead.The website turned out nicely, but it was not the easiest getting to that point. At the end of the day when the "Build" portion of the process ended we were still left with an incomplete website, which eventually got straightened via email over the next month or two. But a lot of the process felt rushed, especially towards the end. I think a lot of our feedback has to do with communication and process which I think could have been much better, we felt ourselves repeating and asking for things multiple times before they were implemented. The end of the process felt very rushed and that BRJ was ready to move on to the next client, regardless of our project being fully completed.Additionally, we never received a series of "how to" videos or instructions to make the proper edits or updates to our site as needed, which we were told we would receive. Lauren has been helpful getting us a few of these as the need comes up, but we should have had a full suite from as soon as the "Build" was finished and we were on our own. "
