We had ChurchTrac build our website and get our app started and are very happy with the results. Editing has been fun and a great learning experience - with customer support every step of the way. We've had an excellent experience with ChurchTrac and Church Connect. Their customer support has been outstanding. I've submitted numerous support tickets covering a variety of questions and issues, and I've consistently received responses within one business day—often the very same day. I appreciate that support is handled through a one-on-one conversation with a specific team member who takes the time to help and follow through. Currently, I'm experiencing an email-related glitch, and a member of their team is actively investigating our database to identify and resolve the issue.The software itself is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Both the ChurchTrac administrative side and the Church Connect member side are intuitive, visually appealing, and straightforward. Members can easily register for events, leave notes (such as what dish they're bringing to a potluck), submit connection cards, and stay connected with the church without feeling overwhelmed.One of my favorite features is the email builder. I use it every week for our Sunday newsletter. After creating and saving a template, it's incredibly easy to make weekly updates and send the newsletter to our congregation.As an added bonus, ChurchTrac works flawlessly on Linux, which is important to me since all of my home computers run Linux.
