They did a great job of listening and understanding where our company was currently with our IT needs and then helped me put a plan together to meet our future needs as the company grows and expands.Then came the hard part. Super impressed with Computer Systems Plus & their technician Jamie!I wish I had found them sooner. By the time I contacted Computer Systems Plus I had spent two very stressful weeks trying to get our office up and running. We had several computer & network issues preventing us from running daily operations. I spent hours on the phone with several IT companies and software technical support for the programs we use in our office. Nothing was working.I contacted Computer Systems Plus and explained the problems I was having. The very next morning they sent out their technician Jamie. Within minutes he had one problem fixed and was on to the next. He had our office running smoothly in no time. I was very impressed with Jamie and his ability to fix software problems that two weeks of specialized customer support couldn’t fix.
